I am a full time graphics designer with any Photoshop elements files blogger. No doubt Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator are the World basis best graphics software but these are is licensed (so not free). So we recommended beginners can use Gimp which is fully free. Also this software can work with PSD files. So you will not face difficulties in working with our all frames, backgrounds, templates in Gimp or Photoshop. For making wedding album or personal album, you can get help from our blog.
